Colleen Donahue-Bean is a leadership coach and talent consultant with 25 years of experience helping executives ignite human potential to drive measurable business growth. With a unique blend of corporate leadership, P&L ownership, and deep talent expertise, she speaks the language of growth; both human and business, and partners with leaders to scale impact, navigate change, and lead boldly.
